Currently at Optimizely, I'm building and scaling Opal, an AI agent orchestration platform for marketing, from zero to one inside a larger company. Before that, I helped scale an AI personalisation start-up to a successful exit, and led GTM across an 800+ partner ecosystem responsible for more than half of global revenue.
